Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all orders placed on jellrol.shop, operated by Shenzhen Xuche Information Co., Ltd.

Return Eligibility Window

You may initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked delivered. Return requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

1. The artwork must be unused, undamaged, kept in original protective packaging, without scratches, stains or signs of installation.
2. All protective films, backing boards and original packing materials must be returned together.
3. Final sale, clearance or promotional marked items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping & Cost

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, customs charges and international postage cost to our return address. We do not cover inbound return freight. Refund Process

Once we receive, inspect and confirm your returned goods meet our return rules, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. The refund amount excludes original shipping cost and return freight.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive broken, defective or wrong items, please send clear photos of packaging and defects to support@jellrol.shop within 7 days after delivery. We will arrange re-delivery or refund for defective goods at our discretion.

How to Submit Return Request

Email support@jellrol.shop with your order number and return reason before sending items back. Unauthorized returns without prior notification will be rejected.
